Nearly all common support issues can be addressed in this section, however if you are unable to resolve your issue here or in the FAQ then please email support and we will try to sort out your problem as soon as possible.

I want to change my registered mobile
To change your registered mobile, login to "My Account" using the password provided when you first signed up. On the side menu, click "change mobile number" and follow instructions.

You will require your original password and access to either the original mobile or email address to change the number online.

I want to change my registered email
To change your registered email, login to "My Account" using the password provided when you first signed up. On the side menu, click "change email address" and follow instructions.

If you subscribed using PayPal, you can only change the email you registered during signup ( which is used for most correspondence). However there is no facility to change the email linked to your PayPal subscription which we sometimes use for authentication purposes.

I want to change my preferences
To change your preferences, login to "My Account" using the password provided when you first signed up. On the side menu, click "change preferences" and follow instructions.

I've lost my password and want to reset
If you've lost your password and need a new one or want to change it, this can only be done by resetting the password.

To reset your password, click on "My Account" and click on the "forgotten password" link on the logon screen. Or you can click on the following link Reset Password.

I can't login
First confirm that you have entered the correct mobile number, the number must be formatted in international format. ie: in the UK the number 077676356XX would be 4477676356XX, 44 is the international UK prefix and this replaces the leading 0. If you have any doubt check your welcome email which will contain the correctly formatted number.

Secondly check that you have entered the correct password; this is case sensitive and was supplied in your welcome email and your welcome SMS.

Please confirm that your subscription is still running as only active subscribers may login. If you are still having problems please contact support.

I'm having difficulty viewing the site
We recommend that you use a recent browser to view our site as some older browsers may not render correctly.

You can download the following suitable browsers Netscape ,Internet Explorer or Mozilla.

If you are unable to access a suitable browser and have an urgent request, please contact support.

My SMS texts are'nt arriving
If you have successfully signed up, you will receive a welcome email and text message. If after 24 hrs you have not received your SMS welcome message, please click on the appropriate link in the email indicating that you have not received your initial SMS. Otherwise you should have clicked on the confirmation link in the email

It is unfortunate, but true, that SMS networks DO NOT GUARANTEE delivery of texts, and therefore it is rare but possible that some texts arrive delayed or simply don't arrive at all, to add insult to injury they'll still charge (Please review the User Agreement).

If you have successfully received an SMS but they seem to have stopped, login to "My Account" using the password provided when you first signed up. Click on "Delivery" to view your delivery reports. If the report indicates that you have been sent texts, go to the "Test Mobile" option on the menu and follow instructions. You will receive instructions on how to proceed if the test fails.

If you have never received an SMS and you have followed the proceedures above, you will be contacted by support, or you can choose to email us with any additional details you may have.
